Decibee — Privacy Policy
The short version
Decibee does not collect, store, or share your personal data. Your training progress lives only on your device. There are no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no account.
Data stored on your device
Your training statistics (scores, streaks, XP, settings) are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
Microphone & audio
Decibee plays training audio; it does not record audio and does not request microphone permission.
Notifications
Daily reminder notifications are optional, scheduled locally on your device, and can be turned off at any time in the app (My Stats → Daily reminder) or in system settings. No push notification service is used.
Purchases
If you purchase Decibee Pro, the payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. To validate purchases and restore them across reinstalls, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, which processes your purchase history together with a random app-generated identifier (not your name or email). See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. During the closed beta, purchases are disabled and no purchase data exists.
Children
Decibee is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from any user.
Changes
If this policy changes (for example, when purchases launch), the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
